CMG is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant. Previous administrative experience is required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing calls on a multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner
 - Accounts Receivable maintenance
 - Provide direct support to sales team by taking and writing customer orders
 - Organize and maintain office
 - Maintain adequate office supplies for staff
 - Schedule postal shipments and deliveries
 - Receive, distribute and prepare outgoing mail
 - Greet all clients, guests, customers and vendors in a professional manner
 - Assist in any general tasks that may arise
 
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
 - Previous experience in an administrative capacity
 - Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
 - Proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel Word
 - Effective business written and verbal communication
 - Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and perform detail-oriented tasks
 - Solid work history
 
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm (hours may vary slightly)
Location: Indianapolis – East
Compensation: $14/hour
