Terra Cotta has an Ultra-Cool Rating of 41.9% for reflectivity and .83 for emissivity. It has an SRI rating of 45.

In 24ga, Terra Cotta comes with a 35 year finish warranty. In 26ga, it comes with a 30 year finish warranty.
